sounds bang on what i did...
i also found it painful sitting on soft sofas and the like and spent maybe 3 monthe sitting on a little hard wooden stool in the living room...
i worked on flexibility and once i was there with it - adding little amounts of weight to the bar...
i can now to SLDLs with 160kg for 10 with a good ROM and no pain apart from the pump in my lower back and hams it gives...
i was in pain for about 6months ish with it i reckon - all is good now though
