| Suggestions for someone who is always doing some form of cardio? Hey guys, i have been around a while and im not new to bodybuilding but latley i've been having to do so much cardio realated work that its starting to effect my gains. I do cycling reguraly as it is something i really love and i've always been naturally good at it (trial bikes you see). Secondly my work invloves moving around constantly with very short break which means i don't get very much time to eat or have abit of a rest! Strange because i look at rugby players and they seem to always be massive even though they probably o more cardio than me! So i was just wondering whether any of you may have solutions for this, what type of supplements to be using, what kind of routine i SHOULD be doing. I'm just not sure on what to do about it. |
