if it is that bad bud... i would not even think about lifting... doctor and specialist... maybe surgery - you never know...

another thing to think about when you get back lifting though is core balance...

perhaps you abs are not in balance with the posterior chain? an imbalance is why many people get injuries... take the shoulder for example... because of pressing many peoples front delt outways their rear delt by a mile interms of strength and mass - causing a lot of shoulder problems as well as posture porblems too...
