i've done that before on a warm up set and by christ it hurt...
my chiropractor told me that the reason i was getting discomfort in my lower back and down my leg was due to my glute moving slightly up and putting pressure where it wasn't wanted...
every time he did my back a week later the work would be undone by the glute moving upwards slightly...
i sacked this and concentrated on 'ATF' squats - and i mean ass to floor! it stretched out the glute and hamstring...
i also addded SLDLs (done properly!) against the advice of my chiropractor and my back has had no pain since (this was about a year ago)
i'd think about exercises that stretch out the posterior chain ;) |
what posterior exercises are there mate, I can't squat to much pain even with no weight I can't put hardly any pressure on my one side.
