| Back Issue Basically i hurt my back 5 months ago deadlifting. Was my first warm up set and got a nice little click in my lower back. Naturally i stopped there.
Progressively over the last few months it has got worse, to the point where i havent lifted any weights for 4 months.
In that period to now i have seen an Osteopath, Chiropractor and a physio.
Whilst my back does feel better it is no where near being able to get back to the gym or playing rugby.
Whats my next step? Am i just going to have to deal with having back pain?
