This is my situation so far, I'm 3 weeks into my first cycle:
500mg Testex Cyp
300mg Deca
I'm up to 176lbs from my start weight of 165lbs but I'm holding quite a lot of water and I've put quite a bit of fat onto my waist

Anyway I think I'm gonna be pushing 20% bf after my cycle is over and I wanna get back down to 14/15% ASAP just as long as I DON'T LOSE MY GAINS!!!!
I plan to raise my protein to 50%, drop my carbs to 30% and keep my fat at 20%.
I will cycle Clen and ECA (Xenadrine), 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. But I have a few questions...........[list=1][*]Assuming I reach my goal of 195lbs, how many calories should I shoot for per day?[*]What is the best cardio to do go-slow (30-40 mins) or HIIT?[*]How many times per week should I do the cardio?[*]How long do you guys think it will take me to reach 14%?[/list=1]
I know the last question is pretty impossible, but I DO NOT want to stay at 20% bodyfat for long (being fat sucks:( )
I've done natural cutting cycles before using just an ECA, but my main concern is cutting fat AND keeping my gains. If anyone has any suggestions please fire away.
