| first cycle on sus 250 Hi everyone,
Just wanted to gather some thoughts on my first cycle which i am about to begin.
currently 6'1, and 79kgs. Im 21 years of age. My bench press is currently at 80kgsx2 reps. My squats are at 170kgsx2 (but i can do well over 220kgs at the right time).
My main aim on the cycle is to be able to increase my explosive power and speed, whilst also gaining some mass. Mass however is not the main importance. I have chosen to use sus 250 over other AAS because ive done quite a bit of research through these forums, and i like the idea of less water retention, and retaining the gains ive made, considering my training, diet is as spot on as it is now. I currently use protein (wpi) and bcaa for recovery. ive also started using phosphagen creatine in my diet too.
So, the cycle i am inclined to use is as follows : 500mg Each week for 6 weeks. One Ml on monday, and another on Thursday, to keep an even flow on things.
Because it is my first cycle, i really dont think it wise to go over 500mg, i think its more than a substantial amount at this time. Also, most of the feedback im gathering is leading me to believe that anything over 6 weeks is not really a gain, its more of a plateau. So that is the reason for the 6 week cycle. But id love to hear everyones comments.
I am also planning on PCT, using novaldex or an equivalent, and i am planning to do a liver detox after the cycle, to clear toxins etc.
Id love to hear from first hand experience with sus250, ive heard many good things about it, but also as of late some bad things too (injection site pains, etc)
What should i expect when i am on the cycle? ive heard that you can get really hungry in the middle of the night etc, so i might plan on a bigger intake of food than i currently have. Also, what is the average loss of size and strength when you some off the gear, considering training and diet remain consistent?
