Hi, I'm not sure I'm doing the right thing. I have just recognized this site and if I am sending this message to a wrong place, please warn me.
I never made body building exercises before and since I was quite fit until 2-3 years ago, I was't interested in. I used to run and walk, but as exercise, you can say I did nothing so far.
But I am 29 now and gaining weight. Actually I am 154 pounds(70 kg) and 5'8inch(176cm), not bad, I am happy with this weight since I was so thin before, but the problem is, my body shape is rapidly getting like a "pear". My shoulders and chest are narrow and thin, my waist is thick from birth, so my upper body looks like a rectangle. Guess how I would look like with only a small amount of weight gain!
Now I have chance to follow a training saloon every day for at least 4 months and want to break my lazy way of life. I want to upgrade my shoulders and chest, want to turn fats around my waist to muscles. I need a proffessional program enough to shape me irreversably at least with a small amount of protective exercise after I turn back to my regular busy life after these 4 months.
I'd appreciate if you share time for me. And if this massege has reached to a wrong place and if you know the right place, please guide me, thanks.
