| screwed upper back - wtf...
dont know exactly how this has happened, i was in bed and i moved quick to sit up and got a pain in the centre upper back - now i can barely move my head or neck without serious pains in my back, any ideas how this has happened and whats the problem?
I am going to doctors today and hope she knows something, if not i am in a lot of pain :boohoo:
