Ill sit down tonight or at the laterst the weekend (see how i progress in my attempt to increase the weight this week) then ill post up my goal for xmas
lack of carbs may slow down my progress. i am supposed to be hovering etween 15st and 16st but went a bit over due to too many nights out, but that should be more or less over now. so hopefully i can loose a few pounds.....slowly so i dont affect my lifts.
I have always been dieting whilst lifting and the one time i was eating a good bulking diet i definatley noticed a majour difference!
