At least have him prosicuted for assault, get something on his record at least.
Was it something like a grade III rupture?
You are actually fortunate that he didnt square off in your face with his fist.
Its a good thing I wasnt there, I have little patience for men that beat women.
I would have slapped a good choke hold on him and put him out.
At that point I might have stomped on his hands to imobilise him.
Then probably just go on my merry way.
