| It could be a tension headache which I used to get from training.. It's probably dowm to you not breathing properlly when performing exercises as i did the same. TBH though mate it's not really an injury and could be a medical problem so I suggest you take a trip to the doctors if it keeps occuring. Try breathing properlly though, Out with the effort in with the relaxion phase.
