| thanks alot mate,my work out is 9 oclock i am up for 730,have breakfast at 8,now to be outs mixed with shake,i do 15 mins on running machine usually bout 1 1/2 miles,then go straight in to the gym,normally in total 1hr 15mins,then i have a whey shake staright after with glutamine,i did for a while use creatine but found it sickly 10 mins later.thanks again everyone for help and diets top people. |
