| my diet so far m back on juice and this is the first time ive tried to sort my diet out at the same time. I am a really fussy eater and im usually an egg and chips man or beans on toast so please any pointers welcome

Mixed with salad dressing

Gym

100g pasta

100g sweetcorn
400g chopped tomatoes
1 whey protein drink made with 300ml semi skimmed milk

1 large chicken fillet

150g to 200g of shredded wheat mixed with 300ml semi skimmed milk

I take plenty of omega 3 and 6
