my diet so far

m back on juice and this is the first time ive tried to sort my diet out at the same time. I am a really fussy eater and im usually an egg and chips man or beans on toast so please any pointers welcome
6.00 am
6 egg whites
36g oats made with 200ml soya milk
9.00 am
2 large home made protein bars (made with peanut butter oats whey etc)
12.00 pm
185g tuna
198g sweetcorn
Mixed with salad dressing
1 small biscuit
4.00 pm
6 egg whites
1 whey protein drink made with 300ml semi skimmed milk
Gym
7.00 pm
100g pasta
185g tuna
100g sweetcorn
400g chopped tomatoes
1 whey protein drink made with 300ml semi skimmed milk
9.00 pm
1 large chicken fillet
10.30 pm
150g to 200g of shredded wheat mixed with 300ml semi skimmed milk
12.00 am
1 whey protein drink made with 300ml semi skimmed milk
I take plenty of omega 3 and 6
Flax seed oil
Vitamins & minerals etc
