I have all sorts of trouble sleeping... but now I find it pretty easy to go to sleep (my problem is staying asleep!).. try and avoid watching telly when u r in bed.. in fact try and avoid doing anything other than sleeping /SH*GGING whne in the bedroom - otherwise you will subconciously associate the bedroom with things other than sleep - if you cant get to sleep after say 20-30 mins - go out of the bedroom - make your self a drink (anything without caffine -or other stimulants- in it) and either read a book or watch some tv. then when u start to feel drowsey go straight to bed. Also taking some melotonin may help.
