| It's all about your diet dude. Your diet isn't horrific, but some tweaks could be made (e.g. oats instead of museli which tends to be full of sugar, and add protein to your breakfast etc etc). Also (although you don't specify the quantities you're eating), it does appear as though you may be eating too little.
Take a look at some of the posts (especially by hackskii, pscarb and tinytom) in the diet board. These are gold.
As for your training, if you're genuinely getting stronger and the weights are going up each session, don't change a thing there. |
