| What weight of oats do you get in one scoop? If this is a standard ~30g whey scoop it won't be that much (15-20g at a guess) so I'd be tempted to add more oats. I'm guessing the pineapple juice is there for flavour? It obviously has lots of sugar in it compared to the lower GI carbs you'd get from oats. Have you worked out the nutrient totals for the drink? I know it's a pain but worth it I reckon. |
