personally i think things like this come down to poor diet, hygene, the condition you are in at the moment ( or when cycling ), body type ie did you suffer from stuff like this as a kid etc.

ive used a lot of different products at different dosages for different lengths of time, and touch wood ive never had more than a few spots ( like half a dozen small pimples on my shoulders or a couple on my arm ).

its important to bath at least twice a day, use a good soap / wash whatever, try to use fresh clean towels and if you can get the bed changed once a week.

however to get back to your main q, i think things like primo and anavar may help, products that are relatively mild ( i would think ) would be the way to go, but again this is only my opinion.
