been training 5 years on/off .

body fat : 15%-!8%
just started getting serious now , as been out of traing due to family comitments (no traing for 16 months)
diet : 0600 - 3 scoops REFLEX INSTANT WHEY in 250 ml milk.
0900 - 250 g oats
1200 - 1 tin tuna with 1 cup cooked pasta
1500 - 250 g oats
1800 - 3 scoops REFLEX INSTANT WHEY in 250 ml milk
1930 - 1 chicken breast / small steak with pasta + steamed veg.
2100 - 2 scoops REFLEX INSTANT WHEY in 250 ml milk .
around 150 g protein
200 g carbs
i want to build some quality muscle , looking at minimum water retension (prefer a lean look all year round ).
decca gave me itchy nips after 3 weeks (200 mg every 5 days )
looking at TURNABOL with CLENBUTEROL.
30 mg T-BOL /day
CLENBUTEROL ???????
