| I didnt know DB liked dips, he did mention that dead lifts in his opinion was the best mass builder of any exercise.
Funny thing, I never did them up until about a year ago. After starting deads, all my other lifts went up.
Not to mention I ended up getting some development in the traps and I quit doing shrugs when I started doing deads. Another thing I noticed was my hamstrings kind of exploded too.
