I would take it easy on the weights.

Tennis elbow is when the nerve, which is exposed around your elbow is inflammed. Inflammation is a part of the natural healing process, however it is only the FIRST stage in healing damage or infection.

It is necessary to move past this, and if you keep irritating it, the inflammation will continue.

Take anti-inflammatories as well.
