| What's good for recurring Tennis elbow? Bloody thing flared up again after a monster arm session over the weekend....
I'm taking fish oils, Glucosamine etc, but I heard that stopping the weights altogether can actually prolong it...it's not hurting now, disappeared within seconds of me leaving the gym, but something inside doesn't feel quite right, I'm sure it's lurking...
Do I just need to cut back the weight and go for maintenance? I've been breaking strength records all over the shop recently!!!
