That is a very good point about nutritional composition, Saxemamohitm.
Check out the sticky posts in this thread for the nutritional values of foods and how to calculate protein/carb/fat ratios of meals.

We want you to learn to be self-sufficient since each body is unique with its own special requirements.

We can only give you general guidelines that work for us, you will have to tweek those guidelines to work for you based on what YOUR body requires.

I will put the protein/fat/carb values up for as many recipes as I can, but when you must determine your own food's requirements, use the tools on the sticky posts in this thread.
