Thanx for posting such a nice thing about the basics of weight loss and weight gain. However i think we should add the nutritional compositon of the diets to follow for various purposes so ppl like me could understand how much of fats or carbs or proteins do i have to devote in my daily diet according to everyone's goals, like for eg. i have to increase my weight about 6-8 kilos and to increase dat much weight wot kind of diet should i follow.
