After seeing an very nice guy and hopefully a good Chiropractor:
It turns out I have a pelvic injury not purely a lower back injury. Chiropractor reckons on a 3 week recovery plan which I'm happy to go with.
All popping and cracking went well so should be back throwing weights around by October
He also suggested I avoid Iburprofen and any pain killers. Basically anti-inflamatories prevent vitamins and nutriants from engluffing the injured area, therefore increasing recovery time.
