Yes mate, I'm a week ahead of you with the dilemma. I had supply on my side cos the whole country appears to be dry at the mo, therefore not smoking was a lot easier!

I am force feeding 5000+ Kcals a day, and on days when i lag i throw a few extra whey protein drinks down. I am finding it easier and easier to eat more and more. I have had a lot of great advice on the forum and I now speak to a few people on MSN which helps with the eating in work, cos i am quite competitive and wouldnt want to admit i couldnt hit my targets.

At the beginning of last week i injured my arm on the weights and when not working out i have found it hard to eat as much. Pump some iron, and read a lot. For example, I am very suprised how many nuts and rasins i can eat if i just pick at them all day. Flapjacks in the morning I also find a good start to the day!
