This is what I did. Healed in two days.
3000mg Calcium 3X a day
1500mg Magnesium 3X a day with the Calcium
1200 IU vitamin E 3X a day
3 whole eggs or 2 whole eggs with 1 glass whole milk 3X a day.
Now I weighed 140lbs so you may have to add more for your weight.
Taking the eggs and milk was before I knew about complete protein isolate.
