I think you need to look at the old time bbers and how theyre doing present day for an idea of what to expect. But apart from that who knows.
The way I see it - as long as you dont permently damage anything, ie kidneys, liver, heart etc, and you keep yourself fit and healthy, and you stop taking gear at a reasonable age, theres no reason why you should suffer in later life - apart from maybe the obvious arthritus, stiff joints etc.
