| The only way to lose fat from certain areas is to drop your entire body fat level. As Tatyana said, you can't lose from selected areas. You may have a different storage pattern to other people and lose from areas quicker than others, but the only way to drop it is to lose overall BF.
Stomach and chest are usually the last to go.
A good diet is the key. Cardio will also help. There are plenty of stickies and other posts that will help you out.
Have you trained before or are you completely new to this?
