But on your shake, I think that your ratio of carbs to protein is off some.
Let me explain.
If you are shooting for 40% carbs to 30% protein then you will either need to lower the carbs or up the protein.
I dont know how bug a scoop is so I cant say for sure.
Half cup uncooked oats is around 27 grams of carbs, 1 scoop of protein on average is 20-25 grams protein.
So, for every half cup uncooked oats would equal 1 scoop protein.
In perporton 1 cup of banana is 51 grams of carbohydrates, so your ratio is about 25% protein to carb, in my opinion that is too high on carbs and too low in protein.
Adding in the honey pushes this out even farther.
Also, some flax seed in there would be a good idea to get some good fats in your diet or take like 9 fish oils with that.
