Lower Back Problem

Injured my lower back while Deadlifting a couple of weeks ago. Felt a sharp pain in the right hand side, just about my ar$e cheek. So I stopped and went home.

Didn't feel anything for a couple of days, so went back and trained. The pain has now come back and is a pretty annoying dull ache with a sharp pain if i bend over/sneeze/put socks on etc... There doesn't seem to be any shooting pains down my leg, so hoping it isnt a nerve. There also appears to be a slightly swollen lump just above my right glute that is also on the left side, but is smaller.

Sitting down is painful after a while and is relieved when laying down - for a while, but then the ache seems to come back. Which is now affecting my sleep.

Gonna give it a couple more days before seeing a doc or whatever, but in the mean time has anyone got an idea of what it may be and any stretching or pain relief that I can take/do? At the end of the day I know rest is the only option which I am doing, but any advice would be good.

Cheers.
