250ml Semi-skimmed milk.
1 Scoop Oats.
1 Scoop unflavoured Whey.
1 x Banana.
1 x Green Tea.
Some Honey and Cinnamon to taste.
4 x Ice Cubes.
Have these regular throughout the day, substituting the bananas for other fruits, or the milk for pure unconcntrated fruit juices. I'm using these as my principle Carb source right now, after coming of a carb-cycling diet. Always tastes fantastic.
