I didnt train at all tonight, feel **** for it today as I havent trained since friday, but im sure its not going to do me any harm.
I still took my IGF, HGH and Test/Tren to help with the repair, and I ate a lot of food yesterday - Well, as much as I could face (also got a ****ty cold atm :(!! GRR)
Gonna keep the cals high today to aid in repair.
As for the injury - The brusing actually looks a lot better today, but there is actually more pain there today, Weather thats from where i was prodding it about, etc yesterday, im not sure.
I dont trust doctors when it comes to sports injuries (Most of you know why that is!!!!)
I`ll ride it out this week, keep an eye on it, and wont train chest.

Oh - John - 120mcgs IGF is an ample dosage - Anything over is pointless and wasting your money.
As long as you split it over 2 or 4 muscle groups then there is no problem with that dosage.
