| i would stay away from the fried food m8y, to be honest! here's a couple of suggestions imo
1.Oats mixed with whey
2.Oats blended with egg and whey in a shake
3. 6 eggs scrambled (with a dash of oil or even use olive oil) 4 slices of whole weat bread
4.oats and whey blended in a shake
All of these should be followed with multi vits, vit c, fish oils.... |
