everything is in the mind
many people tget lost in weigths and how much u push
forgetting your trying to train the muscles!
but in my mind i am very weak right now and it is affecting everything been stuck on 8 reps on my weight at the bench for 3 weeks now want to push that extra rep out! any advice? think i should switch to dumbells? |
