im 18 been training since 16 cycle wise ive done two short SD cycles,one anavar cycle and one test/tren/EQ Cycle.(the serious
one) been juicing since 17, was never worried about growth plates as im 6ft and it was a personal choice i made, needless to
say some of you will still comment on this.continually monitered by blood tests (for private reasons) went into hospital 2
months back and came out and straight back into training and for legal reasons couldnt use anabolic steroids so i discussed
it with my doctors and they accepted this cycle as not breaking my probation.
starting weight 205
ending weight 230 pounds

day1 superdrol 20mg ED starts
day14 IGF 80mcg ED starts
day40 IGF ends
i work out DC style here's a brief overview
2 day split.
day1: chest/shoulders/tris/back width/back thickness
day2: biceps/legs
one exercise per workout with 3 different sets of exercises for each body part so 3 different workouts per split day.you warm
up and then hit a max on that exercise and must beat last weeks one or change the exercise.also part of it is extreme stretching with weights.
i train to my personal judgement of recovery ability but at least 3 times a week.sometimes 4 sometimes 5.
i train cardio at least 3 times a week
diet : 6 - 8 meals a day, breakfast always oats n protein shake,day meals either carb+protein or fat+protein, PW 80g protein 100g carbs,night meals same as day meals with less carbs.except warm protein shake milk before bed. up to 4 cans of tuna a day consumed some days at least 2 a day.lots of salmon chicken and beef. i go by what works for me.
notes:-my flat bench increased by so much because previous to this i was purely dumbell pressing.
-the smith machine press doesnt include the bar just the total weights either side.
-my CG benchpress didnt improve too much cos i missed it out from 2 workouts not down to my own fault.
-deadlifts i couldnt do until the end due to being without straps n having a minor back strain at the start.
- my squats started off so low just to test out my lower back strain.
i am aware that a fair portion of my gain is glycogen but i truly believe i have gained some quality muscle on this cycle
without adding bodyfat.you can see that through the strength added.i wondered whether IGF would work for a young guy being as
we're sposed to have so much of it in us so you 'veterans' keep telling us

injections from IGF were painless,definate localised growth from IGF, big strength and weight (glycogen) gains,made me very
sleepy and lethargic,back pumps from superdrol made cardio hard.cramps at times.few headaches.slightly lowered
bodyfat.increased hunger.

i'll lower calories slightly and continue running sd for 25 more days then cycle off that and onto IGF for 25 days.this
should allow me to keep gains.
