| My Mass shake Just started my cycle and when on cycle I always have a couple of homemade mass shakes at least once a day! I've tried some of the branded ones but don't really like them! Heres what I stick in mine 350g Low fat bio yoghurt
8 scoops Protein shake
70g Oats
1 pt Semi-skimmed milk
1/2 Tin fruit in juice inc juice
1-2 tsp Peanut butter
Really simple just blitz it all up and keep in fridge in a jug! Nice lot of calories and you get a portion of fruit! |
