| Yes i believe that IGF causes localised Growth and when you look at the way that IGF can cause muscle growth you will understand why...
Anabolics do not create new muscle all they do is making the existing muscle cells bigger bu no new muscle cells are made....
Growth Hormone does not directly cause new muscle cells to be produced but indirectly this does happen because GH causes IGF-1 to be released and this and only this causes Muscles cells to be produced...
so you can see why IGF-1 can cause muscle growth now when you talk about localised muscle growth you are looking at the IGF receptors in that muscle to be stimulated to cause growth....
Now there are thousands of IGF-1 receptors around the body in every muscle group but the majority is in the Gut hence the reason i don't believe in Sub-q shots for IGF-1....
After you train a muscle group your receptors in that muscle group are primed to except IGF-1 But so are all the other IGF-1 receprtors in the body so by injecting into the muscle group you have just trained you replenish those receptors first...
as for injecting in the morning of the days you don't train there is no particular reason for this that i can see but their is no reason not to do this either...
