| If you're just starting out, i'd recommend just sticking to bodyweight exercises for a while until you've mastered them and pushups/pullups/squat thrusts arn't enough anymore.
Try and eat fairly cleanly, ie. no simple carbs(like straight sugar). Cut down on your fizzy drinks and booze. Try and up your calories to 3000, and then see how you respond to it during the course of the next few weeks.
My recommendation for a routine would be ripptoe's 5x5 for beginners. |
