| Hi all. Just a short question and all advice welcome. I don't have a lot of money so It's hard to get my supplements from natural sources and having the time is also difficult so. Given that I can afford 2 kinds of supplements a month what would be the most important???? I have done some research and came up with these 2.
1) A good whey protein (Reflex choc-mint?)
2) Creatine (Reflex XXL?) of which I have found a good supplier at a reasonable price as with the whey.
Given that these 2 are a good choice when would you suggest I take them?
