I'd would speculate that you'd get the same initial spike based on this information. Sweet is sweet calorie or no calorie.
However, the diabetic association recommends drinking diet drinks. What comes into play is the later spike from the gastronomical digestion which would make the sugar coke maintain the spike for longer.
It is something to consider and research for sure.
Why do we drink soft drinks anyway??? What is the mental need?
