To be honest, if your new to weight training I would advise steering clear of products like 4-AD and MAG10 for the time being. You can make excellent gains naturally by using products like Creatine and by increasing your calorie intake.
If you start incorporating leg work into your weight routine, decrease your cardio a bit like Paul suggested and add a serving of a weight gainer shake (something like Prolab N-Large) into your daily diet I think you'll be pleased with the results.
Once your progress begins to stall then start looking at products like 4AD and MAG10.
