here goes,
i go after work about 6.30 monday to friday,
monday - arms and shoulders
tuesday - arms and chest
wednesday - on the rowing machine, swimming
thursday - legs
friday - a bit of everything
thats roughly what i do ,
my diet, i sometimes miss breakfast, but i have cerial or toast, midday i have a tuna baguette at work ,after training i have big meal if i can lots of meat, my biggest vice is chinese, i know i should eat lots of meat so i try.
im early twentys, and i dont smoke, but i do like a drink
ive only took the roids for two weeks now , so should i stop, as its a six week course
