thanks peeps, keep it coming cheers for the advice, keep it coming, my goals are to be a lot bigger than i am, im 6,4" and 15 stone, most of the weight is down to 'beer' unfortunatly, i dont have a set routine that i stick to at the gym so that could be my problem, but i do eat like a horse, ill take the critisism and expert advise that you lot give as its all for my benifit
