| i take a week break at least once every 2 months or so and i find that u'll be fully recovered (more or less) by the time u hit the gym after the break.
doing cardio is no bad thing lifting weights or not. it'll increase your metabolism. as for diet eat enough protein and depending on if ur bulking or cutting adjust the carbs/fats accordingly. as long as u keep up the protein u won't loose muslce mass in that short period of time |
