150g watercress
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons finely shredded mint leaves
2 chillies thinly sliced
2 tablespoons crisp-fried onion
steam or grill breasts depending on personal taste
dressing 1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons coconut milk
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
found a cook book in the house that is just all chicken dishes tried this 1 tonight and it's nice!
