I'd say you are overtraining your upper body - your muscles need time to rest & recouperate. Once or Twice a week per bodypart is quite sufficient.
Also, where is your leg workout? .. definately need to start doing some weight based leg work - your WHOLE body will benefit from this.
Regarding Creatine, it's a safe, popular and effective supplement which is certainly worth trying.
