Pepper Steak

1 onion chopped up
3 cloves garlic
1 TBSP sesame seed oil
1 lb sirlon steak cut into 2 inch stripes marinated in 1 C pineapple juice for 24 hours.
1C water
3 TBSP of marinade pineapple juice.
2 TBSP soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Saute the first 2 ingredients in the sesame seed oil in a large frying pan on medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add meat water, pineapple juice, soy sauce, and salt and pepper.
Cook meat until brown stirring frequently.
Add peppers in with an additional 1/4 C of water to steam the peppers and create a stock gravy.

Serve with steamed broccoli, canteloupe wedge/5 strawberries
