| I have a friend who does a whole body workout using dumbells.. soon as they come online i will have them email me the link to the website they found the workouts from and il post it for u. personally i'd say your a bit young to start training, although i started at 15 aswell but i think you might want to wait a bit, concentrate on your eating and create a healthy diet.. get into a routine for that then introduce weight lifting at a basic level because you're still growing and being skinny i have no doubt you're bones are fragile. also im sure ive heard weight lifting can stunt growth in a teen.. at 15 being 6ft is good but im sure by 18 u cud b 6'2 and those 2" can make a bigg diffrence in ur appearance in the long run.
