if you leave it in the micro for another few minutes.......it puffs up into a "cake" kinda thingy,.........and litterally quadruples in size........then you can.....
1.leave it to cool...
2. mix a scoop of chocalate whey protien with a really small amount of water...until its like a paste
3. slice the "cake thingy" in half
4. apply the "protien icing"and put the lid on....
and bingo!... you got a big cake thing and no guilt......

Man I bodged this this morning -
I scrambled my eggs in the mic, but I over did them a bit so I thought I would try to loosen it up by adding my runny porridge - which this morning I made chocloate flavour since reading Stus post.
I mixed the two - and it didnt look or smell pretty - it just looked like a bowl of brown and yellow sick.
Not even the dog would eat it lol
Think I''l just stick to eating it all seperatly.
